Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious, modern, and clean rooms, great for families. The service was very helpful and courteous, although a bit slow at times. The location is lovely and quiet but a bit outside the city center. The dining options were basic, with room for improvement. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere.
The hotel welcomes you with a warm smile and offers friendly service, although not entirely professional. The rooms are decently sized and comfortable, with a pull-out couch provided. The location, just outside Lyon center, is convenient but not central. The dining experience is fantastic overall, with the only downside being the quality of the coffee. Facilities are welcoming and okay, but not exceptional.
The hotel is located right by the river Saone, about 2km from the city center, in a good area, with sports facilities, and a large warm water swimming pool. The staff were extremely helpful and professional, speaking English and German, and were very client-oriented. The rooms could use a refresh touch; however, the service was friendly and helpful. The dining experience was great, overlooking the pool, except for the coffee. Despite being a bit out of town, the location is in a good area close to restaurant and bar areas.
The apartment block hotel, while catering more to business travelers, was accessible to the rest of Lyon. However, the room not being warm enough made it quite uncomfortable for my family, especially with a young boy.
